What You'll Be Responsible For

• Completing service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and general maintenance issues
• Preparing apartments for new residents through quality make-ready work
• Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Maintaining the appearance and condition of the community
• Communicating professionally with residents regarding maintenance requests
• Maintaining accurate work order documentation
• Following company safety standards and maintenance procedures
• Participating in the on-call rotation as scheduled
• Working closely with the Service Manager and maintenance team to deliver exceptional service

What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or general maintenance
• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay Range

$23 - $24 per hour
