What You'll Be Responsible For
Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance issues
Preparing apartments for new residents through high-quality make-ready work
Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections
Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community
Communicating with residents regarding maintenance requests and completed repairs
Maintaining accurate work order documentation
Following company safety standards and maintenance procedures
Participating in the on-call rotation as scheduled
Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and community team to deliver exceptional service
What We're Looking For
Previous apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience preferred
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or carpentry
EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay Range
$20 - $23 per hour
