This isn’t just a work order position. This role is about consistency, problem-solving, and follow-through in a high-energy student housing environment. It sits at the intersection of: Service, Maintenance operations, Preventative care, Resident experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Completing service requests in a timely and quality-focused manner
• Diagnosing maintenance issues and resolving them effectively
• S supporting preventative maintenance across the community
• Maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the property
• Communicating clearly with residents and team members
• Following safety standards and company procedures

Pay Range

$22 - $24 per hour
