Maintenance Technician

About the role

Lead service technicians, troubleshoot complex electrical and control systems, manage outside contractors, and handle multiple projects to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and projects safely and efficiently
• Develop solutions to increase machine uptime
• Install and maintain power distribution, lighting, and control systems
• Read electrical schematics, control logic, and troubleshoot ladder diagrams
• Mentor junior technicians and foster good working relationships
• Ensure safety compliance and adhere to safety policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma (technical degree preferred)
• At least six years of industrial maintenance experience
• Proficiency in PLC programming
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
• Intermediate computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently
• Ability to adapt to various shifts including overtime
