Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance in healthcare and social service facilities
- Carry out basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Complete work orders, assist with room turns and minor renovations
- Respond promptly to emergencies to minimize service disruption
- Ensure environments are safe, comfortable, and accessible, reflecting dignity for individuals and families served
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams in a mission-driven, client-centered setting
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance procedures
