Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Respond to work orders, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate vendor repairs.
• Support room setups and minor renovations.
• Follow safety and infection control standards to ensure a secure environment.
• Assist in maintaining safe, well-functioning facilities that serve clients across behavioral health, housing, and family service programs.
