Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming residential and program facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds work.
• Complete work orders, conduct safety checks, support unit turnovers, and respond promptly to urgent repairs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Trades skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to perform safety inspections and respond to repairs efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
