Maintenance Technician

Pro Mechanical Services Co. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician. Candidates must have 5+ years of proven experience in this field. Experience with controls and programming is required. Experience working in a steel fabrication setting would be a plus. Please apply and provide a resume to be considered. Requirements Job Duties Electrical, Hydraulics, and PneumaticsKnowledge of LOTO and SDS is requiredMaintain equipment according to Preventative Maintenance programRepair emergency/reactive repairs of production equipment and machinery minimizing downtimeMaintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety proceduresPerforms inspection of completed maintenance and documents resultsCompletes and maintains paperwork for maintenance performedOperate Forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment as necessaryComply with all plant safety and environmental regulations and maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environmentDiagnose and repair mechanical problems, replace or repair parts to mechanical, electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic component Job Requirements Basic computer skillsMechanic and technical aptitudeKnowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipmentPLC experienceElectrical experience 120 + 480 voltsFanuc/CNC controls5+ years of manufacturing/maintenance experienceProven fabrication and welding experienceProven industrial maintenance experienceStrong attention to detailWillingness to learn new techniques, processes and procedures Benefits 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
