Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to regulations and established policies.
• Ensure an attractive campus appearance consistent with PHS design intent.
• Perform assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by site leadership, including:
  • Floor care
  • Resident moves
  • Remodeling
  • Painting
  • Building maintenance
  • Customer requests
  • Landscape care
  • Snow removal
  • Pool maintenance
  • Other projects

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform Level I core competencies specific to the role.
• Able to work independently, multitask, follow directions, and work under supervision.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
• Compatibility with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively with all customers.

Pay

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.75 - $22.64 per hour, depending on qualifications and market conditions.
