Maintenance Technician

We embrace technology in how we serve our communities. Our Maintenance Technicians receive work orders on our Maintenance Mobile app. You will be provided a stipend for the use of your personal smartphone to stay connected and process work orders.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
- Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation)
- Apply broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Assist with court-ordered “set-outs” when necessary
- Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days)
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Be responsive to on-call emergencies
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- HVAC training and certification preferred
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
- Ability to be “on-call” for emergencies
- Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications
