Maintenance Technician
Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanic), your role is to manage the preventative and predictive maintenance to improve the functionality and safe working order of our manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily maintenance operations of the plant as scheduled in a proper, timely, and safe manner
- Troubleshoot and repair plant systems including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation
- Operate, maintain, and install all shop equipment
- Repair pneumatics, gear reducers, belt and screw conveyors, chain elevators, and packaging equipment
- Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on general plant electrical equipment such as starters, PLCs, start/stop stations, motors
- Demonstrate good working knowledge of electrical diagrams and/or circuits and utilize during troubleshooting
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR 2-year associates/technical degree completed
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
Pay and Benefits
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $27.28 - $41.36 per hour. The pay progression plan follows: Maintenance Technician D $27.28 Maintenance Technician C $30.81 Maintenance Technician B $35.53 Maintenance Technician A $41.36. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
