Key Job Responsibilities
- Performs repairs, troubleshoots mechanical systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
- Cleans and restores vacated apartments for new residents.
- Clears snow, ice, and leaves from sidewalks, walkways, steps, and driveways/parking spaces.
- Completes janitorial tasks according to the schedule.
- Responds to on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Patrols the property daily to maintain cleanliness and address maintenance needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of maintenance or construction experience.
- One year of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
- EPA certification preferred.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- Ability to read, speak, and comprehend the English language.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electric, and machinery repair.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Hand tools.
- ANSI approved steel-toe shoes/composite.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on-call for emergencies.
- Willingness to assist with other properties and travel as needed.
Qualifications

Pay
$22.00 - $26.25 an hour, plus bonus potential.
