Responsibilities

You'll join the maintenance team at a 288-unit apartment community in Marlton, NJ, keeping homes running and residents happy. Day to day, you'll:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC (split systems), plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and electrical issues
• Complete a high volume of daily service requests in a fast-paced environment
• Perform apartment turns and make-readies to prepare units for new residents
• Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and safety requirements
• Assist with grounds and seasonal duties, including snow removal
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and on-call needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff

Requirements

• 2–3 years of maintenance or related trades experience (multifamily or residential preferred)
• Strong hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance
• EPA certification — or the willingness to earn it with our support
• Experience troubleshooting appliances and completing service requests independently
• Comfort using a smartphone/computer to manage work orders
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to respond to on-call emergencies within a reasonable commute

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Paid rotating on-call (approximately every 4 weeks)
• Must be available for after-hours emergency maintenance
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs
