Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs of HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and machinery
• Service pumps, valves, controls, and electrical devices
• Install and modify building systems
• Repair finishes and conduct safety inspections
• Operate fire and life safety systems
• Respond to emergencies
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills
