Maintenance Technician

Role: Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining safe, reliable, and welcoming client-serving facilities. Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds.Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.Complete and document work orders, conduct routine inspections, and address safety issues.Support minor remodels and room setups.Collaborate with staff to minimize service disruptions and ensure conducive environments for client care. Qualifications & Skills Technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry trades.Strong documentation and inspection skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a trauma-informed, inclusive, and faith-inspired culture.
