You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring the place they call home is a safe and attractive living environment. This position functions to maintain and repair the equipment, operating systems, structure and grounds of the residence. Responsibilities--Maintenance Technician Regularly walking throughout the residence and grounds to check equipment, maintain appearance, and ensure safetyCompleting and documenting work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds and equipmentFollowing troubleshooting, reporting to the Maintenance Director any parts or supplies needed to complete repairsAssisting the Director with completion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and overseeing work performed by outside vendorsCommunicating effectively with residents and staffAdhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines Bonus opportunities--Maintenance Technician On-call bonusCall-back bonusEmployee of the month/year Why we should be your “home away from home” Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
