Maintenance Technician

Job Duties

• Reports to Lead Maintenance Technician
• Maintains all facilities, including but not limited to all mechanical systems, equipment and property
• Audit and ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies
• Inspects all facilities and equipment as needed for operations and any hazardous conditions which may or may not exist
• Reports any problems to Lead Maintenance Technician immediately
• Works on daily and weekly plan activities
• Assesses urgency of work and recommends priority to Lead Maintenance Technician
• Keeps, maintains, marks and secures Community Property (tools)
• Checks and inspects all Community trails daily
• Maintains inventory of all supplies needed for the Community as approved by the Community budget
• Regularly maintains facilities
• Assesses materials needed for repair issues in advance and consolidates procurement time & travel
• Maintains order and cleanliness of maintenance office, supply shed, and immediate yard area

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport oneself around the property
• Must be able to lift heavy loads utilizing safe work methods
• Valid state driver’s license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year maintenance experience
