About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets throughout Wisconsin. This position is within the Maintenance department, reporting to the Maintenance Market Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance for all stores in assigned region
  • Conduct inspections, repairs, and services per assigned schedule and policies
  • Complete all tasks according to company safety policies
  • Notify managers of any safety or liability concerns
  • Handle maintenance requests and Verisae work orders
  • Participate in in-store remodel projects
  • Maintain a neat, clean uniform and professional conduct
  • Make decisions based on information provided

Qualifications

  • Proficient in one or more areas of general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, light carpentry and construction
  • 1-3 years education or equivalent job experience in related field
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Good communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organized, professional, resourceful, proactive, reliable, and attentive to detail
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel
  • Ability to lift stock and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to operate equipment and have fine finger and broad manual dexterity
