Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, and painting.
• Help implement safety protocols.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and fellow associates.
• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
• Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
• Help team members set up activities and events at the community.

Requirements

• Prior maintenance, housekeeping, and/or janitorial experience.
• A positive attitude and enjoyment working with people.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks and stay busy.
• Proven ability as a go-to person for fixing things.

Pay

Salary range: USD $21.00 - USD $24.25 per hour. The range reflects potential pay and does not include bonuses or additional incentives. Offers consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training.
