Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician - Night Shift (4x12s) Location: Greater Cincinnati, OH Job Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire Shift: 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM (4 Days On / 3 Days Off Every Week) About The Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our night shift team. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our high-speed automated packaging and bottling lines running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. If you thrive on troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical systems and want a steady schedule with three consecutive days off every week, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Equipment Changeovers: Perform complete, efficient line changeovers on dynamic packaging and bottling equipment (fillers, cappers, conveyors, sleeve machines, case packers, and palletizers).Troubleshooting & Repair: Rapidly diagnose and resolve unexpected mechanical and electrical failures to minimize production downtime.Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) on industrial pumps, electric motors, and core facility systems.Continuous Improvement: Log downtime accurately in our ERP system and collaborate with the team to implement shop-floor safety and efficiency improvements. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Electrical Skills: 3+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience, including proficiency with multimeters and diagnostic tools.Mechanical Expertise: Proven ability to repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical systems, pumps, and electric motors.Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with boilers or pasteurizers.Completed trade apprenticeship (Electrical, Mechanical, Machinist).
