Job Description

Skilled Requirements
- Repairs and cleans HVAC systems
- Replaces and installs plumbing fixtures and appliances
- Performs carpentry tasks such as repairing and installing doors, shelves, countertops, and locks
- Repairs and paints drywall and plaster
- Maintains machinery like chillers, belts, pumps, and fans
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
- Valid driver's license may be required based on property needs
- Self-motivated, team-player, strong communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Computer and smartphone literacy required
Compensation
Commensurate with experience, ranging from $22.97 to $32.16 hourly. Additional great incentives include full benefits package, generous paid time off, 401(k) with company match, growth and advancement opportunities, and a referral bonus program.
