Responsibilities

• Own and drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes
• Support management in upholding community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures
• Enforce all safety measures
• Maintain the shop, company equipment, inventory control, and ensure key security
• Inspect the property to ensure curb appeal
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and colleagues

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in community maintenance
• Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Computer and related applications proficiency
• Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively
