Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will work with a variety of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across multiple buildings and a 350-plus-acre property. This is a safety-first, professional workplace with advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and repair of new and existing irrigation systems.
• Replace light bulbs, switches, and basic electrical parts.
• Perform light plumbing and HVAC maintenance.
• Assist with fencing, gates, and small equipment repairs.
• Support general upkeep and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work long hours independently in a wide range of weather and temperature extremes, including some office work.
• Capable of working independently.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and work in strenuous conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to effectively interact with guests, co-workers, and peer professionals.
• Ability to learn and capable of asking questions without hesitation.

Pay

$18.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience.
