We're looking for an Entry-Level PLC/Automation Technician to help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated production equipment. What You'll Do Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems.Assist with PLC programming and equipment improvements.Perform preventive maintenance on controls, sensors, and drives.Read electrical schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings.Support robotics, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.Work with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to maximize uptime. Qualifications Technical degree, certification, trade school training, or related hands-on experience.Basic knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, or automated equipment.Ability to read schematics and blueprints.Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn.Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, robotics, CNC equipment, pneumatics, or hydraulics is a plus.
