Maintenance Technician
We're hiring a Maintenance Tech to join our team at a property management company managing an apartment complex. Compensation is based on experience.
Job Duties
- Daily repair and upkeep of the property which can include basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting skills.
- Responsible for all other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with general maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
