Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair heavy industrial machinery.
• Disassemble, inspect, rebuild, and reassemble heavy industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform precision machine repairs, component replacement, alignment, fitting, and mechanical assembly.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and complete scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Perform welding, fabrication and mechanical repairs.
• Operate and troubleshoot furnaces and control systems.
• Inspect cranes, hoists, chains, and lifting equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance, machine repair, rebuild, or machine installation experience.
• Completed or currently enrolled in Mechatroinics Apprenticeship / Technical Degree program.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Pay

Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.88 Hourly
10% Shift Differential Available

Schedule

• 3rd Shift Openings Available
• Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 5:30 AM (Machine Rebuild & Repair Department)
• Sunday-Thursday | 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, plus every other Friday 11:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Maintenance Department)
