We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations through preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities Include Performing repairs and maintenance on equipment such as blenders, scales, fillers, motors, and drives.Using hand and power tools, electrical testing devices, and working with CMMS systems (preferably SAP).Troubleshooting machinery issues, conducting inspections, and recommending corrective actions.Collaborating with production teams, mentoring trainees, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Ensuring safety compliance by following protocols like LOTO, PPE, and GMP/HACCP standards. Qualifications And Skills Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.High school diploma or vocational training; technical education preferred.Strong mechanical skills, ability to read schematics, and operate electrical test equipment.Experience with powered industrial trucks, CMMS, and basic PLC/hydraulics/pneumatics knowledge.Excellent communication skills; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus. Physical requirements include: frequent standing, walking, bending, occasional sitting, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Ability to carry materials and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
