About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure safe and smooth operations. They must follow safety protocols, predictive maintenance practices, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. The role requires ability to pass client guidelines, maintain a good driving record, and pass yearly DOT physicals.
Responsibilities
- Perform diverse maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
- Follow SOPs and safety procedures
- Operate hand tools, air tools, and hoists effectively
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Maintain organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Qualifications
- Prior experience with building maintenance, reconstruction, or repair work
- 6 months of 24ft Box Truck driving experience
- Ability to pass client and DOT requirements
- Good driving record
- Excellent organizational skills and willingness to learn
