Pay
Starting at $26 - $35 per hour, based on experience, with a clear path for promotions and pay increases.
Schedule
12-hour night shift, 2-2-3 schedule that offers great work-life balance.

About The Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Pratt Industries, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility. You’ll maintain and repair the machinery that turns recycled paper into corrugated boxes used in everyday products – from pizzas at Domino’s to Amazon deliveries and moving supplies from Home Depot!
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot 3-Phase power/electricity, AC/DC Motors, Motor Starters, Gearboxes/Gear Reducers
- Work with basic knowledge of PLCs & VFDs, Hydraulics, and Pneumatic Systems

- Troubleshooting of 3-Phase power/electricity

Bonus Skills/Experience:
- Experience with electrical instrumentation
- Ability to troubleshoot logic controllers/VFDs online
- Knowledge of Boiler/Steam systems
- Welding/Fabrication skills
- Conduit Bending & Machining (Lathe, Mill, Press, etc.)
- Industrial Safety experience
Physical Demands
- Regular standing, walking, reaching, and the occasional crawling or kneeling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to read a tape measure and apply basic high school-level math
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to follow written, oral, or graphic instructions and apply common-sense reasoning
