Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on injection molding machines and assembly equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs on Fanuc, Kuka, and various other brands of robotic equipment.
• Handle scheduled preventative maintenance and unplanned emergency repairs.
• Guide subcontractors brought in to handle specific types of maintenance on the 2nd shift.
• Propose preventative maintenance opportunities to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical Associate’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience with high-speed manufacturing and/or assembly equipment, or a technical Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs.

Schedule

This position is on 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM; overtime as required.
