Job Summary
Cooper Farms is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to join our team in Van Wert, Ohio. The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, starting hourly rate of $23.00-$28.65 with potential increases after 90 days, and additional monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses.
Shift Hours
Monday through Friday: 2:00pm-10:30pm
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to work in a cool, damp environment
- Good communication and note-taking skills, basic computer skills (data entry, time logging), electrical skills (480vac 3 phase, VFD, PLC, Robotics, Print Reading), troubleshooting and root cause analysis, high mechanical aptitude (print reading and interpretation, Mechanical Assembly, Pneumatics and Hydraulics knowledge)
