Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Schedule

2nd Shift, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Take individual responsibility for equipment in your area, growing into a subject-matter expert and collaborating with motivated technicians to make decisions about equipment, scheduling, and improvements.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PMs), repairs, and updates to maintain peak efficiency, using data to drive decision-making and focus on permanent solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to diagnose and correct issues as they arise.
• Develop additional skills through internal training and promotion programs, learning new technologies as the site expands.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical aptitude.
• Associate degree in a technical field such as Electro-Mechanical (preferred).
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing (preferred).
• Experience with laboratory equipment and repair (preferred).
• Familiarity with Siemens, Allen Bradley, or CLICK systems (preferred but not required; training available).

Skills

• Ability to safely work in an industrial environment using approved procedures (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, confined space, line break, right-to-know, PPE).
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in areas that may be hot, cold, noisy, or require additional PPE, including exposure to temperature variations and prolonged standing or walking.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
