About the role

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Earn starting wage of $16.00 per hour with yearly wage increases.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Effective communication skills with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.
• Basic computer skills; experience using electronic work orders is a plus.
