The role is responsible for managing tenant relations and ensuring the smooth operation of the property.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relations and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs
- Conduct periodic inspections and report findings to management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with property management software preferred
