About the role

The role is responsible for managing tenant relations and ensuring the smooth operation of the property.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs
• Conduct periodic inspections and report findings to management
• Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with property management software preferred
