Responsibilities
The role involves performing daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on all plant equipment, troubleshooting, problem solving, and countermeasure activities on all production and facility equipment, and mechanical maintenance with frequent electrical and controls-related troubleshooting.
- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on all plant equipment
- Performs troubleshooting, problem solving, and countermeasure activities on all production and facility equipment
- Performs mechanical maintenance with frequent electrical and controls-related troubleshooting
- Dismantles machines or equipment using hand tools or power tools to examine parts for defects and repairs or replaces
- Completes daily maintenance paperwork for assigned Work Requests and Checklists
- Assists with installing conduit and wiring for new equipment installations
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of maintenance troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment, and working knowledge of 480 Volt 3 phase power, logic controllers, motor starters, and variable frequency drives.

- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings and specifications
- Overtime availability
Qualifications
The candidate should have at least 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience, 2+ years of experience with CNC Machine Repair, and 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience
- 2+ years of experience with CNC Machine Repair
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with troubleshooting PLC based control systems
- Strong background in electrical troubleshooting
Skills
Welding and fabrication skills are considered a plus.
