Maintenance Tech II - PM

Full-time position with a pay range of $21.89 - $24.45 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard all hazards within our facility, utilize approved PPE’s at all times, and maintain personal compliance to all applicable OSHA requirements.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance according to the maintenance system (CMMS) schedule.
• Responsible for diagnostic troubleshooting and repair in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, fluid, and pressured air systems.
• Perform calibrations and repairs to equipment in response to CMMS Web-Request, including major component repairs and minor electrical, electronic circuit board, and component-level troubleshooting.
• Act as mentor to Maintenance Technicians (Tech I).
• Provide continuous feedback to enhance Predictive Maintenance.
• Participate in workshops aligned with facility Focus Five initiatives.
• Utilize Lock-Out / Tag-Out to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• College degree in a related field and/or Technical School Certification in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) recent years of related work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret Mechanical and Electrical drawings.
• Working knowledge in Electronics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
