We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure. Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. 2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC equipment. 3. Utilize PLCs and computerized diagnostic tools to support equipment reliability. 4. Perform fabrication, machining, welding, and general repair work as needed. 5. Coordinate with contractors and vendors on specialized repairs and maintenance projects. 6. Complete work orders, maintenance records, and preventive maintenance documentation in a timely and accurate manner. 7. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment. 8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role within the manufacturing industry. 2. Strong mechanical and electrical skills. 3. Proficient in preventive maintenance procedures. 4. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC equipment. 5. Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting. 6. Experience in fabrication, machining, welding, and general repair work (preferred). 7. Ability to coordinate with contractors and vendors on specialized repairs and maintenance projects. 8. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to complete work orders, maintenance records, and preventive maintenance documentation. 9. Strong communication and teamwork skills. 10.
