About the role

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Hourly) to join their growing team. Ideal candidates possess advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs. Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and expertise in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance issues are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Achieve quality standards and have final work inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers

Requirements

• College or technical school certification in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful but not required
• At least 1 year of service technician experience or related fields
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
• Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
• Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness

Pay

The pay range for this role is $22.00 - $53.71 per hour. Camping World offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more!

Schedule

Full-time associates receive a comprehensive benefit package, while part-time associates have access to dental & vision coverage.
