Maintenance Tech 1st shift (Manufacturing)

1st shift, 4–12:30 pm Monday–Friday. $7,000 sign-on bonus paid at 4 and 9 months of employment.

About the role

Build, fix, and innovate where precision meets aerospace excellence. As a hands-on problem solver, you’ll keep complex equipment running at peak performance in a facility that produces high-performance aluminum and magnesium components for commercial, corporate, and military aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and robotic equipment
• Accurately complete work orders in a timely manner, documenting all relevant information (work performed, conditions, parts used, outcomes)
• Review production schedule and make equipment changes as needed
• Troubleshoot and test equipment to verify operations
• Perform scheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs

Requirements

• 2-year technical/Mechatronics degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Maintenance role within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience with PLCs and VFDs strongly preferred, with focus on Allen Bradley communication protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude
• LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) training; ability to work in confined spaces
• HVAC experience preferred

Pay

$36–$38/hour, plus 5% quarterly bonus potential.
