Maintenance Team Member ($30.50 starting pay + $2,500 Bonus Eligible)

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Team Member, you will provide regular and preventative maintenance in a safe and efficient manner to all plant equipment with a home position in the process, clumping, blow molding, or conventional areas. You will also assist the maintenance and controls departments with preventative maintenance optimization and TPM efforts; use a wide variety of different tools and equipment to maintain and repair equipment; and review and actively participate in risk assessments.

• Equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Perform required PM checks and report all problems to supervision.
• Obtain competency to operate all production equipment in AOR and fill ASRS and Blow Molding positions as needed.
• Maintain record keeping and inventory of spare parts as required.
• Develop training documents and train others.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1+ years of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, automotive or military environment

Pay

The hourly pay rate for this position is $30.50. Please note that the pay rate provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
