Maintenance Team Lead - 12-Hour Nights

As a Maintenance Team Leader you will supervise and develop a maintenance team while working on cutting‑edge industrial equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key leadership role within the technical operations of the plant.

Responsibilities

• Apply and promote safety standards for yourself and your team.
• Communicate, organize and plan your team’s workload.
• Support team members in problem‑solving and technical development.
• Propose performance improvement projects.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Develop expertise on advanced, state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
• Perform equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls and provide technical support to production teams.
• Assist with the installation and start‑up of new equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving mindset; thrives in hands‑on environments.
• Enjoys supporting and managing teams.
• Ability to manage priorities and multitask effectively.
• Comfortable working with automated systems and touchscreen technologies.
• Initiative and persistence through challenges.
• Ability to make quick, effective decisions.
• Experience in a similar industrial environment.

Schedule

Night‑shift position with 12‑hour shifts.
