About the role

The Maintenance Technician is a team member of the MainStay Suites Louisville location. This is a well-established Choice Hotels extended stay brand.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities
• Ensure the overall upkeep of the hotel
• Day-to-day presentation of the grounds, common areas and public spaces

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance or related field preferred
