Main Purpose of Job

The Maintenance Supervisor IV is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities within the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Position Duties

• Assigns, reviews, and approves the work of others
• Evaluates the performance of and recommends the hiring, firing, and promoting of others
• Ensures adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Oversees preventive maintenance schedules and repairs
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve complex issues

Minimum Qualifications

• Eighth grade education
• Nine years experience in stationary engineering, building maintenance, or building construction trades
• Eight years of responsibility assigning, reviewing, and approving the work of others
• Eight years of responsibility in supervising and managing personnel
