Maintenance Supervisor I

Join our team at the Resort at Lake Crossing Apartments in Lexington, KY as the Maintenance Supervisor and lead maintenance operations for a professionally managed apartment community focused on quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the on-site maintenance team, including training, scheduling, and coachingOversee daily maintenance operations, preventive programs, and emergency/on-call responseCoordinate unit turns, repairs, vendor work, and capital or seasonal projectsMonitor inventory, tools, and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and PRG standardsManage maintenance records, work orders, and budget oversight in partnership with Property ManagerEnsure the property’s physical condition is maintained to high safety and curb appeal standardsServe as point of contact for inspections, code compliance, and contractor performance Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience; multifamily preferred1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experienceCPO and HVAC certifications preferred (or willing to obtain)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, team members, and vendorsStrong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairsAbility to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in preventive maintenance systems and vendor coordinationComputer proficiency, Yardi preferredValid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Us?
