About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are in optimal working condition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are clean and operational
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Train and mentor new employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or maintenance
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of building automation systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
