Your Role

Qualifications

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections
• Conduct weekly walk-throughs of high-risk areas
• Complete Life Safety and Preventative Maintenance tasks per regulations
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation for compliance
• Manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Prioritize and complete work orders via electronic tracking system
• Maintain supplies and prepare resident rooms for new/discharging occupants
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and infrastructure
• Assist with emergency maintenance as needed

High school diploma required
HVAC certification or electrical experience preferred
Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in long-term care preferred
Knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry procedures a plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team
