Maintenance Specialist Lead

Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together. Work location: 6100 Harris Parkway Fort Worth, TX 76132. Work hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday rotating weekends and holidays. This position will require on call rotation to support our Clearfork facility.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or Equivalent required
• 4-year Journeyman or Master level trade License (electrical, plumbing, HVAC Contractor, etc.) required upon hire
• 1 year of Supervisory or Lead experience required
• 3 years’ experience working in a healthcare facility preferred
• Central plant experience with HVAC controls/BAS troubleshooting highly preferred
• Advanced Building Automation System (BAS) expertise highly preferred
• DL – Driver’s License Upon Hire required
• CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) is highly preferred
