Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain physical structures and machinery
• Check for and repair plumbing stoppages, breaks, and leaks in waste and water lines that might prevent proper operation
• Replace faulty switches, sockets, plugs, fuses and other simple elements of electrical systems, fixtures and appliances
• Paint various surfaces using brushes, spray guns or paint rollers, as necessary
• Maintain building grounds, including cutting grass, trimming trees and shrubs and general clean up
• Remove and dispose of properly refuse and trash from grounds
• On-Call required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus three (3) years construction/maintenance and grounds keeping experience
• Valid Florida Driver's License with 6 points or less in the last 3 years
• Must pass Level 2 Background through DCF and AHCA Clearinghouse (more information: https://info.flclearinghouse.com)
