We are seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Specialist I to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our program locations. This is a great full-time opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, and is eager to build on their skills in a collaborative environment. As a Maintenance Specialist I, You Will p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> perform basic building repairs, including painting, wall and window repair, minor plumbing repairs, general carpentry, and lighting and air conditioner replacement. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> perform outside maintenance as needed, including gutter cleaning, brush removal, and bush trimming. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> assist with larger maintenance and renovation projects. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> perform general landscaping at residential and commercial sites as needed, including mowing, raking, mulching, seasonal planting, and power washing buildings and other surfaces. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> assist with larger landscape design projects and perform shoveling of walks, driveways, and other areas as needed p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Assume Additional Responsibilities Consistent With Organizational Needs.
