Maintenance Specialist
Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative, predictive maintenance on equipment and/or facility systems, ensuring proper documentation and on-time completion.
- Troubleshoot and perform electrical & mechanical repairs on machinery (including CNC machines) such as rebuilding motors, pumps, replacing bearings, etc...
- Install, repair, rebuild and relocate precision machining equipment.
- Connect wiring & hydraulic lines to install electrical and hydraulic components.
- Set up and operate machines to verify conformance of machined parts to specifications.
- Fabricate needed parts for equipment repairs.
Qualifications
- 5 years machining-equipment maintenance experience (electronics, PLC’s, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, bearings, and 3 phase wiring) is required.
- Solid knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
- Thorough knowledge of methods, tools, practices & safety measures related to mechanical and electrical work.
- Technical degree related to industrial maintenance or Mechatronics strongly preferred.
Shift
Monday : Friday 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
